Yes, if the item was defective. The warranty does not cover damaged items due to misuse and improper care of the product. Within 7 days after receiving, please email us few images of the defective item to firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
If an item does not arrive or does not match the description, and your payment is eligible, we will reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs. All you have to do is to ship us back the product on your own expenses within 7 days after the invoice.
